Hello! 🙋‍♂️ My name is Willem Klok. I love to write and explains stuff, and find great pleasure in finding out exactly why and how things work!

I’m currently doing a Ph.D. at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Technology Innovation & Society group. Here, I focus on the sustainability transition of the financial system: what is happening, whether it will be enough, and what we need to do for an inherently sustainable financial system.

With growth as one of my core values, I’m always looking to find out more about people in general and about myself specifically. As a consequence, you will also find a lot of personal development related things in my published content.

Outside of all these things, I like to do sports (swimming, running, cycling, bouldering, ice skating) and take care of my exotic plants—the ones that survive, that is. Furthermore, I’ll do a creative project here and there whenever I find a new thing to obsess about.
